What is EketSupply?

EketSupply is a verified local services marketplace in Eket, Akwa Ibom. We connect you with background-checked, skill-verified local professionals — plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, carpenters, tutors, tailors, and delivery riders — all bookable through our app.

How do I book a service?

Download the EketSupply app, describe your job, receive quotes from verified professionals near you, choose based on ratings and price, and pay securely via Paystack. Your funds are held until you confirm the job is done.

How do I know the professional is trustworthy?

Every professional on EketSupply is identity-verified and skill-assessed before joining. After every job, customers leave ratings and reviews. Professionals with poor ratings are removed from the platform.

What if I am not satisfied with the work?

Your payment is held in escrow by Paystack and only released when you confirm satisfaction. If you have a dispute, our support team will investigate and mediate. You can reach us at hello@eketsupply.com.

What payment methods are accepted?

EketSupply accepts all payment methods supported by Paystack — debit cards (Verve, Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and USSD. All transactions are secured by Paystack's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Can I get an emergency professional at night or on weekends?

Yes. Many professionals on EketSupply are available for emergency callouts, including evenings and weekends. Post your job as urgent and available professionals in your area are notified immediately.

What areas does EketSupply cover?

EketSupply currently covers Eket and surrounding Akwa Ibom communities including Ibeno, Esit Eket, Onna, and Mkpat Enin. Expansion to Uyo and Port Harcourt is planned.

For Professionals (Artisans)

How do I join EketSupply as a professional?

Download the EketSupply app and tap 'Join as a Pro'. Complete the registration form, submit your ID for verification, and pass the skills assessment. Once approved, you will start receiving job notifications.

How and when do I get paid?

Payments are processed through Paystack and transferred directly to your registered bank account after the customer confirms job completion. Payouts are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Is there a fee to join EketSupply?

Registration is free. EketSupply charges a small service fee (a percentage of each job) only when you successfully complete a job. There are no upfront or monthly subscription fees.

What happens if a customer disputes a payment?

EketSupply's support team will investigate the dispute fairly, reviewing job details, communications, and evidence from both parties. We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. You submit your own quote for each job. Customers can accept, negotiate, or choose another professional. EketSupply does not set fixed prices.
