By accessing or using EketSupply's website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

EketSupply is an online marketplace that connects customers seeking home services with independent artisans and service professionals. We do not directly provide any home services; we facilitate the connection between customers and artisans.

3. User Accounts

You must register an account to book or offer services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Artisan Verification

EketSupply conducts background checks and skills verification on artisans before they are listed on the platform. However, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered. Customers should exercise their own judgment.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through our secure payment platform. Funds are held temporarily and released to the artisan once the customer confirms satisfactory completion of the job. Platform fees apply as described in our Pricing page.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Post false or misleading information
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Attempt to circumvent our payment system
Engage in fraudulent transactions

7. Limitation of Liability

EketSupply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services obtained through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Akwa Ibom State.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
